Nearly 2 hours for food to arrive locally on a Monday night. Order hadn’t even been started when phoned after an hour and a half.

I would class myself as a regular customer of ravanelli pizzeria and I must admit I would normally give a 5* rating........ but unfortunately today everything went wrong I had to phone up a hour and a half after ordering as nothing had arrived. I was told they were coming straight away 15 mins later they finally arrived a whole 1 hrs and 45 mins after ordering.... very disappointed to say the least. I can't fault the food it was lovely as always but....... one pack of chips less than I ordered. I am upset by this after how late the order arrived but also chips missing not great. I think these people should look after their regulars....

Have been using these for years now as they were the best,sadly maybe an impact of the cost of living,the portions were shocking,the half palmo was a kids meal,the donner meat was 3 pieces ? Id rather they put there prices up than deliver what I recieved

Chicken was awful, really greasy, slimy and chewy. Have ordered chicken kebabs from here over a 100 times previous and they were great so don't know why this one was so rank

I order from here on a regular basis abs never disappointed with kebabs. However\t I ordered a Parmo and the chicken wasn’t very nice. It was kind of chewy and didn’t have a pleasant texture. Such a shame as I use these a lot\t but the last 3 Parmos have been like this.

Food that arrived was excellent. Really tasty. Although we were missing part of our order. Tried to ring the takeaway but it was a busy line. In the end would have taken too long to get the food. I know mistakes are made but slightly disappointed to not receive all of our food. Especially after never having it happen before.

We live in The Zetland\t Saltburn which is notoriously difficult to deliver to. Your man got it right first time - really pleased.\nWas so chuffed by the delivery I was hoping the food was going to match it (my first time) and it did.\nIt seems Ravanelli is still a player.
